India was so epic, the food was outstanding and she worked so hard! It was so nice to always come back to afternoon snacks and to be able to pop into the kitchen for a little chat and hear more about Indias approach!

India’s food is incredible! She also really cares about seasonality and quality produce. I was lucky enough to eat her food (all vegetarian) for five days on the trot as part of a yoga retreat. Her food feels clean and nourishing whilst also being packed with flavour. Plus her cakes are to die for!
— Alice, 2025 Retreat Participant
I was fortunate enough to experience India’s incredible food over a full week at a yoga retreat. It was super nourishing, delicious and incredibly varied and inventive. The portion sizes were perfect (plenty of food without any waste!). Most importantly the food facilitated the connection and family-round-the-dinner-table vibes I’ve missed since living on the other side of the world.
